I like Warbringer, especially in a small club, but they aren't as good as old Metallica. Very few are.

And for those who don't know, their recent album was produced by Gary himself.

well Warbringer gonna be back in Vancouver on April 15 2010 with Overkill/Vader..gonna be my 4th time in a 1 yr...1st was in April 24 2009 with Kreator/Exodus..2nd Obituary(goatwhore,Krisiun),3rd Vader(decripted birth)!!!
awesome band live..gonna meet up with them again!!

No, sorry.. but that would be cool to have.. The only rare Warbringer stuff I own is this single I just ordered.

i also have this cd single...i got it free(when you pre-order Waking Into Nightmares) from thier show back in April 2009 when they played Vancouver with Exodus/Kreator

I didn't really like War without end that much, that's why I didn't pre-ordered it.. But WIN is a great album straight through, so damn awesome that some bands still can produce great old-school thrash.. though I started to listen to WWE (I don't like this abbreviation

) lately and there are a few good tracks on that on as well.. At the crack of doom is great..

Yeah, the singer is generally very important.. but I really dig Kevill's voice to be honest, fits their speedy metal very good IMO..

Kevill's voice is better live I reckon. He's definitely an entertaining frontman and puts his best into it with his 'metal claw'...

too bad that Nic Ritter has a record and can't cross into Canada..very short set on the KILLFEST tour,hopefully there will be a headlining tour soon!!! these guys has potential for a headlining tour!!!

Warbringer rules! Simple as that. I think they are the best band to come up in years. I finally got to see them opening for Overkill last week. I've been waiting a few years now.

Can't wait to see them again and I agree they are gonna be a killer headlining band very soon.

Along with Evile, Gama Bomb, Municipal Waste and Bonded By Blood thrash is in very good hands for the future!!!

I had the privilege of seeing Evile and Warbringer back to back on the Overkill tour last week, and I have to say...I like Evile a lot, but live, Warbringer blew their doors off. It wasn't even close.

Evile are still going through a grieving period and so it's going to take some time for them to get back to the great live act they were with Mike. I was lucky to see them several times with him.

I saw the band a few months ago on their first tour since Mike's passing with Warbringer supporting them and they were hurting and it showed performance wise which is to be expected. Hope they get through it eventually. Mike's shoes are very big shoes to fill!!!

Warbringer are definitely one of those bands that are better live than on record.

It's understandable, I'm sure it's gonna take awhile.

They're great and I love the 2nd album but a replacement for Metallica? Don't think so. I haven't seen any band who can replace them and I don't know if there will be one that'd have their kinda style/aggression/raw energy/passion/talent/presence that they had.
