listened to it a bunch when it first came out  but then I took a break from it for a couple of weeks. Just listened again today and think it's a killer album. Love the guitar tone, it's what I'm trying to get myself

The mix is a little weird and I do hear some recycled riffs but overall a great CD. I think Exhibit B sounded a little more original. I sure would like to hear the version with Rob singing.

I like both but I would give Exhibit B a slight edge only because Funeral Hymn is one of my favorite Exo-tunes. I agree it would be very interesting to hear the Rob version. LMAO you just made me throw Exhibit B on for a listen.

Love this album. 8) I can relate to My Last Nerve to a T. And I am wrapped up in the arms of rage and fuckin love it. Even Black 13 is a brilliant song. Zetro's vocals were perfect. Makes me proud and smile and wanna rage when I listen to it.

EXODUS RULES!!! 8) 8) 8)

Funeral Hymn is on Exhibit A, not Exhibit B. But Funeral Hymn is a favorite of mine also.

Your right  feel like a burn out now *lol* I guess I like A and B just slightly better. But that's like me saying I like my Wife slightly better on Mondays compared to Fridays.

I still like the intro.

It reminds me either of the South Park episode where the Lesbos fight with the Persians for control of the Niteclub, or a Gypsy murder mystery!

Revisiting this album since it's release, I'm enjoying it yet again. What a great metal record!

EDIT: Just found this on YouTube...you might want to check it out as well

Ditto! Just listened to both now and it's interesting to hear the contrasts.

Hearing what Rob did on the two tracks, I'd like to think that Rob sounds like a monster on those tracks.

Makes me miss him all the more. Dukes forever!

Body Harvest and Black 13 are also floating out there. It's interesting to hear being a Dukes fan myself. It's a nice supplement to the album and I'd be interested in hearing more. I'm more than happy with the finished product with Steve though.

I'm also very interested in hearing his vocal take on Numb and Last Nerve, if he's done them before he was fired from the band.

I thought that Body Harvest was the last track completed for the album and the one track that Dukes had not done the vocals for?

Same as you, I'm a Dukes fan and I like both versions, happy to hear more of these.

I think these are just demos. and I'm not positive which song was the one that wasn't finished with dukes but they threw out his lyrics completely and rewrote them

I haven't seen the behind-the-scenes DVD, but is that DVD where they confirm that?

I won't post the links, but I have heard Rob's take on Black 13. He fucking killed it.

I just listened to Rob Dukes' takes of Body Harvest and Black 13. Monstrous they are and even more formidable with such epic-quality music on offer.

I have the DVD and have been watching it regularly lately but at 2 hrs and almost 15 mins in length I have yet to watch it all. It contains a multitude of work in progress takes, rehearsals, etc. but I'm not sure if it's confirmed re. Dukes' lyrics not being used. I'll try to find out.

It kicks ass, their best record since Tempo...but I still can't get into Body Harvest - that chorus chanting makes me cringe, they could have left that one off imo.

Solid album, but I like Exhibit B just a tad more.

Loved Blood In, Blood Out. Found it to be even more consistent than TOTD (maybe because of the groovy Wardance stuff and rapping Tempo has).
Their outright best since Impact, IMO.

But for the life of me I can't get into Exhibit B. Dig Shovel and Exhibit A, but just can't seem to wrap my head around all the hate for A and praise for B.
